01 What Payment Methods are Accepted?
Payment for reservations can be made by Visa, MasterCard.
02 Can I Cancel a Shipping Reservation?
Yes, partners and members can cancel reservations. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
03 How Do I Know My Parcel Is in Safe Hands?
When a reservation is made, members will get an email confirmation with the partner's travel information. A secret PIN code will be included in the email, which will be handed to the partner on arrival by the member’s personal courier. Delivery is only completed if the PIN code matches.
Note: A pin code can be attempted up to five times for security purposes.
04 Can a member post a listing and make money?
Yes, a member can make money on the Doxxar platform from delivering parcels, by applying for a partner account which will require a submission of ID for verification.
